This evening HGC's own Guru connected with a turkey with his archery tackle. After sitting for a few hours in the blind this afternoon, it all came together. This is the second turkey that HGC has used the Turkey Terror from American Broadhead Company on this fall.

HGC and Countrymen Innovations have joined forces in the art of slaying turkey's. We are very excited about this partnership that has taken place. Countrymen Innovations is the makers of the Jake Intimidator Decoy. This decoy has it all! We truly believe this decoy is going to be an awesome producer for us while afield.

The Indiana State Turkey Calling Contest is this Saturday August 14th in Clarksville, IN at the Bass Pro Shop. There will be Open, Friction, State, Jakes, Novice, Gobbling and Owl Hooting division at this event.

HGC will be entering this contest in multiple divisions. If you are out and about and are up for a road trip come out and stop by. I here there are going to be some great deals there as well.
